Searches at 13 premises in Haryana and Rajasthan target Surender Singh Chiku, Bishnoi's close associate. Surender operated shell companies for laundering proceeds of crime in Haryana and Rajasthan, with direct relations to Bishnoi and Khalistani terror groups. Associates Satish Kumar and Vikash Kumar, directors of MDR Enterprises Pvt Ltd involved in mining, are identified.
