16 individuals and firms honored with the 24th Helen Keller Awards for fostering inclusive work environment and championing integration of disabled individuals into mainstream workforce. Winners from diverse states in India showcased commitment to inclusivity. Awards, a joint initiative of NCPEDP and LTIMindtree, empower PWDs and inspire inclusive job market. Arman Ali, executive director of NCPEDP, emphasized the Awards' role in recognizing individuals and institutions promoting employment, equality, and diversity. Debashis Chatterjee, CEO of LTIMindtree, highlighted the importance of skilling and employment opportunities for disabled individuals to integrate into the mainstream job market.
