MEA denies report it issued 'secret memo' on Nijjar to missions
Sunday, 10 December 2023 The MEA has strongly denied a media report that it issued a "secret memo" to Indian missions in North America in April this year, seeking "concrete measures" against Khalistan leader Hardeep Singh Nijjar.
