Delhi HC dismisses NewsClick plea for stay on I-T demand

The Delhi HC has dismissed a plea by news portal NewsClick, seeking a stay on an income tax demand. A bench of acting chief justice Manmohan and justice Mini Pushkarna said the news portal has “a lot to answer” in the appeal before the commissioner of I-T (appeals) and declined any relief.
