He demanded a response from Union Home Minister Amit Shah. The breach occurred on the 22nd anniversary of the Parliament terror attack when two intruders entered the Lok Sabha chamber. Tharoor highlighted the security lapse. He also mentioned concerns about the new building's security arrangements compared to the old building.
