Congress leader Rajeev Shukla said that the security breach in parliament should be dealt with vigilance and without proper investigation no one should comment on it. "Parliament is a temple of democracy and any such incident is condemnable. Today, 23 years back, there was an attack in the same parliament, look at the day chosen by the attackers.
