Amol Shinde, along with his accomplices, was arrested in New Delhi for committing a security breach at the Parliament. His parents, expressing concern for their son's well-being, threatened to die by suicide if they were not given the chance to speak with him. Amol's dream was to join the army or police, but he faced repeated failures in recruitment drives due to unemployment. His parents took a loan to support his physical fitness endeavors and he even worked as a daily wage worker to fund his travel to Delhi.
