Parliament breach case 'sensitive', can't share FIR yet, cops tell court
Delhi Police Special Cell refuses to provide a copy of the sealed FIR on the Parliament breach to Neelam Azad's family, citing the sensitivity of the case. Neelam's parents had sought a copy of the FIR and permission to meet her, but were denied. The counsel for Neelam's parents mentioned the NewsClick case, where the accused were provided with the FIR, and highlighted that they were unaware of the charges against Neelam.
