Rahul Gandhi speaks to Nitish Kumar, Sharad Pawar on seat-sharing
Friday, 22 December 2023 Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Friday spoke with Bihar CM and JD(U) chief Nitish Kumar on phone, in what was described by the party sources as a follow-up conversation to the INDIA bloc meeting this week. Rahul also had a meeting with NCP supremo Sharad Pawar at the latter's residence. Source said these meetings, among other issues, are about discussions on seat-sharing in the states. The INDIA Bloc meeting resolved to conclude the distribution of seats among allies at the earliest. Sources said Pawar had met Rahul on Thursday.
