Battleground Telangana: Amit Shah sets target of 10 Lok Sabha seats, Congress gears up for 2024 challenge after assembly victory

Telangana with 17 Lok Sabha seats will be a key state for both the Congress and the BJP as the two parties try and capitalise on the gains in the just-concluded assembly elections. The Congress after its impressive victory in the state will hope to consolidate, while the BJP, which made impressive gains, will go all out to improve its tally. Amit Shah has set a target of 10 for the BJP. Telangana chief minister Revanth Reddy has exhorted Congress functionaries to work for the party for the next 100 days.
