Nina Singh to be first woman chief of CISF

The government appointed Anish Dayal Singh as the director general of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Rahul Rasgotra as DG of Indo-Tibetan Police Force (ITBP), and Nina Singh as DG of Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), the first woman to head the outfit. Anish Dayal Singh, an IPS officer, will now be full-time DG of CRPF. Rahul Rasgotra, a Manipur cadre IPS officer, will take over as DG, ITBP. Nina Singh, an IPS officer from Rajasthan cadre, has been upgraded as DG, CISF.
