BSF allows daughter living in Bangladesh for last glimpse of deceased father in West Bengal
The Border Security Force (BSF) arranged the last glimpse of the deceased Indian father, Liyakat Biswas, for his daughter living in Bangladesh at the zero line of the India-Bangladesh border. The BSF troops of 68 Battalion under South Bengal Frontier facilitated this arrangement on humanitarian grounds near Border Outpost-Madhupur in West Bengal. The BSF and Border Guards Bangladesh (BGB) collaborated to ensure that the daughter residing in Bangladesh could pay homage to her deceased father before his disposal. This gesture reflects the BSF's commitment to the emotional well-being of border residents and its adherence to human values.
