SC to pronounce judgement on Wednesday on Adani-Hindenburg row over charges of market manipulation

The Supreme Court is set to deliver its verdict on the Adani-Hindenburg row, a case involving allegations of stock price manipulation by the Adani Group. The verdict will be pronounced by a bench comprising Chief Justice D Y Chandrachud and justices J B Pardiwala and Manoj Misra. The batch of petitions was filed by lawyers Vishal Tiwari, M L Sharma, Congress leader Jaya Thakur, and Anamika Jaiswal. The court reserved its judgement on November 24 last year and will announce its decision at 10:30 AM.
