Gautam Adani's statement after SC's verdict in Adani-Hindenburg row
Wednesday, 3 January 2024 The Supreme Court on Wednesday ruled that there was no ground to order an investigation by an SIT or CBI into allegations against the Adani Group.
The CBI's investigation into the Kolkata doctor Rape and Murder case is nearing completion, with DNA evidence linking Sanjay Roy to the crime. CFSL experts confirmed a match, and AIIMS is reviewing the findings. The probe revealed Roy acted alone, and over 100 statements were recorded. The CBI conducted 10 polygraph tests to ensure thoroughness. Once AIIMS provides its final opinion, a charge sheet against Roy is expected soon.
