In his 19-minute speech, the PM used the phrase "Modiyude guarantee (Modi's guarantee)" 18 times. Repeatedly prefacing his remarks in Malayalam with "ente ammamarum, sohidarimarum (my dear mothers and sisters)", Modi called on Kerala's women to participate in large numbers to prove their power.
