Babri violence case: 'Karsevak' Shrikant Pujari gets bail amid protests

Shrikanth Pujari, who was arrested for his alleged involvement in Post Babri Masjid demolition riots in 1992, has been granted bail by a Karnataka court. This arrest sparked a major political dispute, leading to a statewide protest by the Karnataka BJP. The BJP accused the Congress government of supporting anti-Hindu forces and referred to it as an 'ISI government.' Following Pujari's release, his son expressed joy. The arrest of the Hindu activist is believed to be connected to the upcoming grand consecration of the Ram Temple on January 22.
