Leopard's walk-in triggers panic on Infosys campus

IndiaTimes Tuesday, 16 January 2024
IT-giant Infosys panicked as a leopard was spotted leaping into their campus on Super Corridor. The forest department confirmed the leopard's presence based on pugmarks and installed a cage for capture. Infosys and TCS staff were instructed to stay inside and avoid dense plantations. Leopards' increasing population and human encroachment are to blame for such incidents. "We have asked the staff not to go towards the dense plantation inside the campus, where presence of the leopard has confirmed by its pugmarks," an official said.
