ED raids across four districts of Madhya Pradesh in PMLA case

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) conducted extensive searches under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, targeting locations in Madhya Pradesh linked to the investigation of M/s Jagdamba AMW Automotives Pvt Ltd. The operation focused on apprehending Pushpendra Singh, the director of the company, resulting in his arrest in Jabalpur. During the search, Rs 16 lakhs in cash and documents related to immovable properties were seized from Singh's residence. He was presented before the Special Court (PMLA) and remanded to ED custody.
