With the fate of Grand Alliance government in Bihar hanging by a thread, RJD, the largest constituent of the governing bloc, seems to be banking on party president and former CM Lalu Prasad to come up with a trump card. All MLAs and senior leaders had authorised Lalu to take decisions, RJD's Rajya Sabha member and national spokesperson Manoj Jha said after a party meeting held on Saturday amid political turmoil in the state.
