Kejriwal slams BJP 'hooliganism', 'fraud' in Chandigarh mayoral poll

Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday accused BJP of winning the Chandigarh mayoral elections by committing "fraud in broad daylight" and said it was a "black day for democracy". He also alleged that BJP indulged in "hooliganism" during polls.
