Navy to bring 35 Somali pirates to India for prosecution
After successfully rescuing the hijacked merchant vessel Ruen and its 17-member crew, the Indian Navy is now bringing the 35 Somali pirates in its custody to India. The pirates, who had taken control of MV Ruen to use it as a 'mother pirate ship' for attacking other commercial vessels, will face prosecution under Indian laws.
