EC notice to BJP's Ghosh, Congress' Shrinate for 'insulting' women

The Election Commission issued notices to Congress' Supriya Shrinate and BJP's Dilip Ghosh for breaching the model code of conduct. EC found both instances undignified and insulting, seeking responses by March 29.
