Lok Sabha polls: No exit poll from 7 am of April 19 to 6.30 pm of June 1, says EC

The Election Commission has issued a notification prohibiting the conduct, publication, or promotion of exit polls between 7.00 am on April 19 and 6.30 pm on June 1, when votes will be cast for the Lok Sabha and four state assembly polls. ​ Alongside the Lok Sabha elections, Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Odisha, and Sikkim will also hold assembly polls.
