Ready for talks with Centre: Baruah-led Ulfa(I)

On its 45th anniversary, right before the Lok Sabha elections, the outlawed Ulfa (I) asked that New Delhi create a conducive environment for serious conversation in order to reach an agreeable political resolution. "The United Liberation Front of Asom (Independent) is not averse to meaningful talks with India", he said.
