Centre laying ground to impose President's Rule in Delhi, says Atishi

AAP ministers and other functionaries on Friday addressed separate press conferences to voice their apprehension that the Centre was laying the ground in Delhi for imposing President's Rule. Minister Atishi alleged that a "big political conspiracy" had been hatched by the BJP-led govt to move in that direction. She warned that any such move would be "illegal, unconstitutional".
