SC seeks, Centre, Punjab, Haryana's response on PIL for fixing MSP for alternative crops higher than paddy

The Supreme Court requested responses from the Centre, Punjab, and Haryana governments on a plea to establish the minimum support price (MSP), which includes periodic increases for alternative crops cultivated by farmers and their procurement by the government. A bench comprising of Justices Abhay S Oka and Ujjal Bhuyan has sent a notice to the Centre.
