PM also eminded the people that Gandhi's grandmother, former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, had given the slogan "Garibi Hatao" 50 years ago. He stated that the country does not take Rahul Gandhi seriously and that the Congress's statements have become a laughing stock and a joke on the poor.
