Pfizer wins trademark battle in Delhi high court

Delhi high court has permanently restrained use of the ‘Vigoura’ mark by a homeopathic drug maker to sell its medicine for sexual disorders. The decision was made in a lawsuit for trademark infringement that was filed by Pfizer Products Inc., a company that sells an erectile dysfunction allopathic drug under the trademark 'Viagra'.
