Army doctor turns saviour for ill man onboard Chandigarh-bound flight

Major Simrat Rajdeep Singh, a medical officer with the Western Command Hospital, Chandimandir, saved the life of a critically ill 27-year-old onboard a Pune-Chandigarh flight. He resuscitated the patient, administered emergency drugs, and arranged for an emergency landing in Mumbai, where the patient received urgent medical care and emergency dialysis.
