Army man demands sexual favours to pass student in NCC test in Rajasthan

A 19-year-old student from Churu, Rajasthan, has accused an Army Subedar of seeking sexual favours in return for passing her NCC certificate test. She claims he failed her when she refused. Police are investigating, trying to confirm if the accused is indeed associated with the Army and NCC.
