ED quizzing ex-official whole night in Chhattisgarh liquor case 'terrible': SC

While upholding the arrest, the Court permitted Tuteja to seek bail. The ED, facing scrutiny for its methods, issued an internal circular curbing late-night interrogations following the incident.
