PMO lauds Archbishop Koovakad’s elevation as cardinal: ‘Immense pride for India’
Archbishop George Koovakad of India was elevated to Cardinal by Pope Francis in a Vatican City ceremony. The Indian government sent a delegation to witness the historic event.
