‘Stranger to child’: SC denies custody of grandchild to techie Atul Subhash’s mother

Supreme Court on Tuesday denied Atul Subhash's mother custody of her 4-year-old grandson after Subhash's suicide in December 2024. The court stated that the child's custody issue could be addressed during the trial. Anju Devi sought custody, while the child's mother, Nikita Singhania, was bailed in connection with harassment allegations.
