Central government sanctions two new battalions for CISF

The home ministry has approved raising two additional battalions of the Central Industrial Security Force, comprising a total of 2,050 personnel, to enhance national security and rapid response capabilities. This move addresses increasing internal security demands and provides new employment opportunities while reducing stress on existing CISF personnel.
