Doctor in speeding Mercedes SUV kills man painting dividers in UP's Meerut

An ENT specialist in Moradabad, driving a Mercedes SUV at high speed, lost control and fatally hit a labourer employed by the NHAI on the Lucknow-Delhi highway. The police have registered an FIR and seized the vehicle. The doctor was not under the influence of alcohol, and charges include rash driving and causing death by negligence.
