R-Day parade this year to have more cultural elements, says defence secretary

Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto will be the chief guest, and around 10,000 special invitees will ensure wider societal participation. However, the Tejas jets and Dhruv helicopters will not be part of the fly-past due to grounding issues.
