Senior official Taher Al-Nunu stated that the group seeks a serious prisoner swap, a full Israeli military withdrawal, and unrestricted humanitarian aid. Talks are ongoing in Cairo with mediators from Egypt, Qatar, and the U.S. involved. However, Hamas accuses Israel of stalling negotiations by refusing to commit to a sustainable ceasefire plan.
