Delhi man mows down Goa woman after feud over walking his dog

Goa police arrested Deepan Rajeev Batra, a 23-year-old Delhi resident, after he allegedly ran over and killed Mandrem resident Maria Joao Fernandes following a dispute over his dog. Batra reportedly got into a physical altercation with Fernandes' family before deliberately hitting her with his car.
