5,000 dead, 10,000 missing In Libya Floods

Torrential rains in Libya caused two dams to burst near the city of Derna, resulting in the deaths of over 5,000 people and leaving more than 10,000 missing. The storm, called Daniel, hit a country already divided by war and ill-prepared for such extreme weather conditions.
