Kuwaiti authorities have detained three individuals on suspicion of manslaughter following a devastating fire that killed dozens of Indian migrant workers and plunged their families and friends into mourning. The blaze, which broke out around dawn on Wednesday in the Mangaf area, also claimed the lives of three Filipinos among the 50 dead, according to officials in Manila.
