Putin claims Moscow terror attackers 'attempted to flee to Ukraine'
Saturday, 23 March 2024 Vladimir Putin has claimed the gunmen behind the Moscow concert hall terror attack attempted to flee to Ukraine in the aftermath of the mass shooting.
"Russia as a whole is open to the negotiation process, but first we need to understand how ready Ukraine is," Dmitry Peskov, press secretary for Russian President Vladimir Putin, said.
