JD Vance speaks up for cats. Turns out it was for a 'conspiracy theory'

JD Vance made an X post based on reports that pet cats and ducks were getting stolen by Haitian immigrants in Ohio but police said there were no such reports. Last time JD Vance had something to do with cats, it was his infamous 'childless cat ladies' comment that he targeted at the Democrat politicians.
