JD Vance was 'caught' spreading rumors about Haitian immigrants. He doesn't care

A day after JD Vance was caught furthering a racist conspiracy theory that Haitian immigrants settled in Ohio's Springfield are eating pet cats and ducks, Vance said his office received many calls from Springfield residents who complained that the pets of their neighbors were stolen by Haitian migrants. Vance said even if these are rumors and may turn out to be false, the migrant problem in Ohio is real.
