NYC subway horror victim identified: 'She was alive when she was set on fire'

The NYPD identified Debrina Kawam, 61, as the woman set on fire in a New York subway by Sevastian Zapeta-Calil, an illegal Guatemalan immigrant. The incident, which was captured on video, occurred on December 22. Zapeta-Calil, who re-entered the US after deportation in 2018, faces multiple charges of murder and arson.
