New Orleans attack: 'Suspect was flying Isis flag, may have had help'

A US Army veteran drove a pickup truck displaying the Isis flag into a New Orleans crowd on New Year's, killing 15 people before police fatally shot him. President Biden condemned the act and confirmed the driver, Shamsud-Din Jabbar, was inspired by Isis. Authorities are investigating possible connections to another recent incident in Las Vegas.
