TMC defector Suvendu Adhikari's brother joins BJP

Ahead of the Legislative Assembly elections in West Bengal, Bharatiya Janta Party leader Suvendu Adhikari's brother Soumendu Adhikari joined the BJP on January 01.

Soumendu Adhikari is a former Chairperson of Contai Municipality.

Soumendu was recently removed from the post of Contai Municipality administrator by the TMC.
