Speaking to media in the national capital on January 15, Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) chief Mayawati spoke on occasion of her 65th birthday.

Mayawati said, "BSP welcomes the government's decision to start COVID-19 vaccination drive and requests the Central and state government to provide the vaccine free of cost to everyone across the country." "If BSP forms government in Uttar Pradesh, it will provide COVID-19 vaccine to everyone free of cost," she added.
