Farmers' agitation discredited after Red Fort violence: CM Amarinder Singh

Chief Minister of Punjab Captain Amarinder Singh on January 29 reacted on violence that took place during tractor rally in Delhi on January 26.

He said that the farmers' agitation lost steam when violence took place and the symbol of the Red Fort was violated.

"I do think that the movement has been discredited.

The whole world was supporting the farmers.

But the moment the violence came, and the symbol of the Red Fort was violated, was when the movement lost steam," he said.
