121 farmers end hunger strike as Dallewal takes medical aid

Protesting farmers from Punjab and Haryana ended their fast-unto-death after the Union government agreed to meet with their forums on February 14 to discuss their demands. The farmers had been supporting Jagjit Singh Dallewal, who has been on a hunger strike since November 26. The fast ended with juice provided by officials in the presence of DIG and SSP.
