Wrong, should not be done: Rakesh Tikait on 'Bhindranwale' flag during Chakka Jam

Speaking on a flag with a portrait bearing resemblance to Bhindranwale during 'chakka jam' today, leader of Bharatiya Kisan Union, Rakesh Tikait on February 06 said, "We will talk (to the people there).

If it is indeed the case, it is wrong.

This should not be done.

If something is banned, it should not be displayed." Earlier in the day, a flag with a portrait bearing resemblance to Bhindranwale was seen on a tractor in Punjab' Ludhiana during the 'chakka jam' today.
